A truly appalling experience on June 25th. Banning food and drinks is one thing; we understand the goal is to encourage consumption on the premises. But at least customers should be given the option to buy something. After paying for the games without any issues, we discovered that there's a minimum spend of €7 to pay by card at the bar. Seriously? In 2026, in an establishment frequented mainly by children and teenagers who almost never carry cash, this is completely absurd. The result: young people with money on their cards unable to buy a simple drink. The most shocking thing is the total lack of free water, in the middle of a heatwave, with stiflingly hot gaming rooms. Seeing teenagers leave red-faced, exhausted, and unable to quench their thirst, despite being customers of the establishment, is simply unacceptable. Between the lack of common sense, the disregard for customer comfort, and an outdated business policy, one gets the distinct impression that the well-being of visitors takes a backseat to profitability. At a time when any retailer can accept contactless payments for a few cents, this policy is incomprehensible… and quite pathetic.

Very good, my grandson played some games for a birthday and he came away delighted.

I had a fantastic time at Laser Game Evolution Vedène! The welcome was amazing, the team was super friendly and immediately got everyone in the mood. The rooms are really well designed, immersive, and very clean, with lighting effects and an atmosphere that makes the games even more fun. The equipment works perfectly, and the game scenarios are dynamic, whether you're with friends, family, or celebrating a birthday. You can tell the organization is professional and that everything is designed to ensure players have a great time.

My son's 10th birthday was amazing! The welcome was top-notch, smiling, attentive to the needs of the children, and the entertainment was fantastic.

We wanted to play a 20-minute game at 10:45 PM on Saturday, May 2nd. We called, and a very unpleasant woman answered in a haughty tone, telling us to come at a specific time. When we arrived at the laser tag arena, she refused to let us play because we were two out of seven people late (at 10:40 PM). She claimed it was full, even though two out of three rooms were empty. We waited outside for 20 minutes because she told us it was already booked; there was no one after us. She just wanted to finish early, and for a Saturday night in an establishment like this, it was a complete waste of money. I strongly advise against going there if you want to have a good time; go somewhere else. The owner is much more pleasant and professional.

Hello, I am writing this review because I had a disastrous experience at your establishment, which, I won't lie, saddened me. The events took place on Saturday, May 2nd. We had booked a session for 10:45 PM. We arrived on time and were refused entry due to "lack of time" because the times were "important," and were told to arrive 15 minutes early. 🤡 According to the staff, they also needed time for other sessions supposedly scheduled after ours, which never arrived. I am very disappointed, especially since we were celebrating a very special evening. We had plenty of time! It was a Saturday night, a crucial evening for an establishment of this kind, I remind you, down to the minute. This is unacceptable, not to mention the arrogant nature of the refusal. Furthermore, I see on the main entrance of the building that late arrivals are tolerated and that it's possible to join a group already in session. In short, the team probably just wanted to go home too much 🤡 If you want to have a good time tonight, don't book here.
