So what can I say? Nothing but good things about the restaurant. The à la carte dishes and the daily specials are all excellent (fresh, homemade ingredients, and you can taste it immediately). A tiny restaurant, yet I've rarely eaten so well... the service is impeccable, and the owner/waitress always has a smile on her face. The cuisine is refined. The chef outdoes himself, with two of his assistants thanking you at the end of the meal. On the plate, it's delicious, generous, and presented with finesse and artistry. A cod with basil and risotto and a chocolate fondant unlike anything I've ever tasted before... a work of art... Not a single misstep... I highly recommend it. This is truly top-notch. Best meal of the entire trip. This is how a real French restaurant should be. Small, simple menu, but perfectly prepared and served with love. Absolutely worth five stars.
