Guinguette des Prés

It's extremely rare for me to leave a negative review because I'm usually easy to please and the restaurant business is tough. But this... servers who didn't know the menu... bordering on amateurish... mistakes in cooking the rib-eye steaks... to the point where they were inedible... the owner tells you the cook is useless but he'll replace him next week... in short, not good from start to finish... A shame because the setting is nice and it's cool inside!

Avoid this place. After 1 hour and 40 minutes, they didn't take our order; I felt completely invisible. As a result, we left without ordering.

Passing through the area, we stumbled upon the guinguette one evening. A very warm welcome, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent pizzas. I'm so glad we stopped there. A great place to eat and relax.

What a fantastic discovery! This unexpected place is just what we love! 🤩👌 It just goes to show you should dare to venture off the beaten path! It seems like a family team that genuinely enjoys welcoming you! 👌 You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in, and you know you're going to have a great, relaxed time. Enjoy a leisurely aperitif, then order your main course! We ordered pizzas. The calamari was very good; perhaps a little more calamari as a topping (it was very flavorful) wouldn't have gone amiss! But it was excellent. The onion, however, could have been caramelized. 🙏👌 The prices are reasonable, and there's a good selection of local wines. The ice cream is generously portioned! 👌🥰 Perhaps a little more attention to detail in the service once the main course orders have been placed would be something to consider. But in any case, we thoroughly enjoyed this place and its idyllic atmosphere! We'll definitely be back! Thank you all for this lovely time. The neighbors from Saze! 😉

A lovely place where we celebrated a friend's 80th birthday and it was fantastic. I highly recommend it.
