A very bad experience this morning. Several of us were waiting for the scheduled 7:00 AM opening. The saleswoman was inside, clearly saw the queue, but didn't open the door. She continued stocking shelves without a glance, a smile, or even a greeting. After waiting for several minutes, at 7:07 AM, I politely asked if the opening was indeed scheduled for 7:00 AM. The response: yes, but the pastries weren't baked yet, so she was waiting. In that case, why advertise a 7:00 AM opening if nothing is ready? Apart from a few cakes and some toast that looked like it was from the day before, there was practically nothing on the shelves. We were very disappointed by the service and the organization. We left without buying anything, as did several other people in the queue. What a shame.

I'm surprised to see so many people complaining about this lovely little cafeteria. On a dreary, rainy day, the waitress greeted us with a big smile and a warm, cheerful disposition. Unsure what to choose, she recommended the chocolate muffin, which was simply exquisite. I'm very grateful; it was a wonderful coffee break!

A complete rip-off!! After an interminable wait, even though there were only three customers ahead of us and three waitresses, we were finally served by a very dirty waitress who also spat on the food. Furthermore, she refused to honor the "buy three, get one free" offer. We wanted to buy three cookies to take advantage of this offer, and she wanted to charge us €14 when the cookies were only €3.40 each, so €3.40 x 3 = €10.20 for the three cookies plus one free. I strongly advise against going to this restaurant.
