The manager charges you an extra 30 cents for ketchup, which is a bit much when you've ordered for the whole family.

Paying almost €5 for an ice cream and only getting half a cup filled… given the price, I expect a decent amount of ice cream…

Not many people at lunchtime, it was quiet. It's a shame you have to ask them to clean the dirty tables, but the staff are friendly.

I'm giving one star because I'm so angry. This is the third time I've ordered veggie nuggets and been served regular ones. It's exhausting to pay and then realize at home that they made a mistake. A word of advice: ALWAYS check your order before leaving.

This is the second time in a short period that we've come to get McDonald's here, and the first time they forgot my fries and the second time they forgot to include a toy in my son's Happy Meal... of course, we only realize it each time when we get home...

The worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's. I went to the drive-thru to order two sundaes: a Plain Sundae using my McDo+ points and a Caramel Sundae at the regular price. The McDo+ app asked for my PIN and a verification code, which took about three minutes to log in. It was 10:20 a.m., and there was no one behind me in the drive-thru. Once I placed my order, I simply asked if they had peanut butter as an extra. Instead of answering my question, the employee canceled my Plain Sundae, which I had earned with my points. Without the slightest apology, she rudely told me that my reward had been canceled, that I had to wait 24 hours to get my points back, and that it was my fault because I had ordered something else. I was furious. I closed my window for a few moments to calm myself before walking to the pickup window to speak to the manager. He didn't even say hello. Instead of listening to what had happened, he immediately accused me of speaking rudely to his colleague, which is completely untrue. I was neither insulting, nor aggressive, nor disrespectful. I received no apology, no explanation, and no solution. The manager simply ordered me to backtrack to the kiosk and reorder. I refused and left. I can understand that mistakes happen, but what is unacceptable is the complete lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and customer service. I felt like I was being treated as if I were at fault, when all I wanted was an answer and to resolve a problem created by their own error.

Very nice McDonald's. It's a pleasant place to be. Very clean. Positive and serene atmosphere. Very, very pleasant!

The bread in my sandwiches is hard and crumbly; it looks like it was reheated before being served. It's inedible, tasteless! Disappointed for the price we paid, and it also looks like someone drank our drinks—there are red stains on the lids!
