El Asador Super Grill

First visit and meal for 4 people, without an appointment, Saturday evening at 8pm. The meats were good, cooked perfectly, and the desserts were the same. Thank you to the service staff; the two people on the terrace were very pleasant and helpful. 4 people, meal, aperitifs, dessert, approximately 120 euros.

Although located in the Pontet shopping district, this restaurant serves excellent wood-fired meat. A real treat for meat lovers. It's ideal for those who want to add a festive touch to their shopping trip and combine business with pleasure. The only catch is that the service might be a little slow.

The welcome and atmosphere were very pleasant. The service was very professional (a little slow, but understandable given the cooking time) and the staff were attentive and friendly. The quality of the meat was excellent and it was cooked perfectly. The price is reasonable considering the quality.

Very good meat, fries, and salad. Basic, but good. The only downside was that our order for the daily specials must have been lost; we waited an hour, while customers who arrived after us were already served.

Disappointed with my last visit. We ordered rare Argentine Black Angus picanha. After 40 minutes (even though the restaurant was empty that evening), we received a piece of meat that was barely pink, or even medium, and two tiny portions of fries. We asked for the meat to be changed because, for the price we paid, it wasn't cooked properly. After another 20 minutes, they brought us the meat, this time cooked to perfection, but without fries. They offered no compensation, even though they admitted to making a mistake with the order. And when we were at the bar paying, the waitress interrupted us to speak to the cashier. Disappointed on all counts.

Disappointing experience...I won't be going back....tough meat (even though it was advertised as tender Black Angus), endless wait...sauce suggestion: Surprise! Charged! individually (and inedible, we didn't even touch them 😱)...I was looking forward to going...pleasure ruined...Free coffee (the least they could do).

Disappointed by a friend's rave review, we went as a family. The waitress was rather unpleasant, forgot part of our order (nothing serious, but still), and the dish was simple. Good value for money, but nothing special!

The quality of the meat was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the flavor was fantastic. Thank you!

Horrible 1. They didn't take our reservation 2. There wasn't enough food 3. They forgot our order and waited an hour 4. We had to ask for our drinks I absolutely do not recommend this place

Order forgotten. Wrong dish. Over an hour's wait for a beer. Non-existent management and no support for new recruits.

An interminable wait, served by staff who are clearly fed up with life. At this point, a career change seems almost necessary. And to top it all off, the cooking isn't even done properly—unbelievable for a restaurant specializing in meat. Pathetic.
