BOULANGERIE ANGE

The bread is good, but I have a complaint for the manager: you make customers wait too long. There are three saleswomen, but only one actually serves customers; the other two just walk back and forth behind the counter. I know the counter needs to be stocked, but the customer comes first.

There are flies flying around and landing on the bread very often. Not sure how this is being solved basically but it is a problem for some people. E.g. I have to re-bake ( heat enough) the bread . On the other hand has absolutely great taste! The girls are always smiley and kind there!

Everything is great, very friendly workers, normal coffee and very tasty pastries and desserts. The only thing is that there are a few flies flying over the food

I went to Ange to get the €5 breakfast deal, which normally includes a hot drink, juice, and toast. A sales assistant initially accepted my order, then returned a few moments later to tell me I wouldn't be getting the hot drink after all. However, the price remained exactly the same. What I don't understand is that no solution was offered: no discount, no replacement, no gesture of goodwill. I was simply asked to pay the full price for an incomplete breakfast. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but the situation didn't change. I felt that customer satisfaction was a secondary concern. The service and the handling of this issue were very disappointing. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store didn't give me an impression of cleanliness or freshness.

A very unpleasant experience at this bakery. Beyond the quality of the products, I was shocked by the behavior of an employee towards a young colleague. She reprimanded him in a humiliating manner in front of customers, using a disrespectful and belittling tone. Witnessing this kind of scene makes everyone uncomfortable and gives a very bad impression of the establishment. Professional remarks should be made respectfully and discreetly, not in public. I find this unacceptable and unforgivable.

No, miss... Don't look at your phone instead of the customer when you're speaking with them... No, please! It's called respect. Luckily, your colleagues are raising the bar. A loyal customer...
