I'm having trouble with my badge. I swiped it, got home, and received absolutely nothing! Not a single euro?

A small problem one day, a small complaint. We came in and spoke with the manager who listened to us very professionally. A nice gesture of goodwill. We often shop there and appreciate the welcome, the products, the dining area, and the cleanliness of the bakery.

The sandwich was good, but the service was terrible. The cashier made a mistake, first thinking I'd cut in line, and then having to refund me because I'd paid twice (she didn't believe me at first). Mistakes happen, but she was incredibly rude and didn't even apologize.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I've been here several times and am always very satisfied.

While passing through the area, we stopped at this bakery. The welcome was truly excellent, and the servers were very polite. The chicken sandwich was delicious! The bakery is spacious, no complaints whatsoever.

Disappointed with my last order. I had reserved a strawberry tart by phone, and when I arrived, there were still many very pretty tarts in the display case. I didn't check the one I was given because I usually trust this bakery. When I got home, I discovered that the reserved tart was clearly the least presentable. The taste wasn't the problem, but appearance matters too, especially when it's a dessert meant to be shared with friends. It's a shame, because until now I had always been satisfied with the quality and presentation of their products.

I went there on Tuesday for nothing; the products weren't there. Having never been before, I looked for the exit. Of course, I went to the wrong door and hit my head hard. Nobody came to check if I was okay. Only one customer seemed concerned. The result: a bruise on my nose and eyebrow.

Good product, good choice, good bread, and above all, good bubbles from Ange. I recommend it.
