Very good restaurant.

I ordered a kebab, it arrived 40 minutes late. I ate two bites before finding two strands of hair in it; it was disgusting. I had to throw everything away… hygiene needs improvement…

Aylin, it's a shame, but the service dropped after waiting 10 minutes on hold with no answer, and then after 20 minutes, it went straight to voicemail, lol, they didn't even hang up! Shameful... unprofessional

Zero stars! And I'm still forced to give one star!!! A catastrophic experience. After eating at this snack bar, four members of our family, including a baby, ended up in the emergency room that same night with severe vomiting and in a worrying condition. We strongly suspect that our meal was the cause of this food poisoning (especially after reading other reviews about food poisoning). Seeing a baby suffer like that is an unbearable experience; I should mention that the baby had only eaten one nugget! We will never set foot in this establishment again and we urge other customers to exercise extreme caution. An investigation into hygiene and adherence to the cold chain seems essential given what we experienced.

The owners of this restaurant are very friendly people, their staff work quickly and efficiently, and the food is fresh and delicious. I recommend the pide and the lahmacun sandwich.

Honestly, this is the first time I've had such an inedible kebab and fries. It was all grease, like eating grilled chicken skin. And for the price you pay! Sorry, but you always have to tell the truth to improve.
