I should have checked the reviews first! Delivery was charged, and the price on the flyer was different, so I ended up paying an extra €5! More fries than meat, and it was dry—you have to search for the sauce… the large taco was the size of a medium—false advertising! Never again!

Order placed for dine-in but takeout. After waiting, even though no one was there, the employee handed me my bags when I checked my order. He told me everything was there. Upon delivery, they hadn't included the fries from the four meals but had included the sauces. No napkins. As for the food, it had no flavor whatsoever.

The employee on the phone was unfriendly when I took my order. The delivery was very long and very expensive! The tacos weren't great, no sauce, and therefore very dry. I don't recommend them!

I called for a delivery, they told me it was okay, then hung up on me. I called again, but they didn't answer until the third call. They finally answered, telling me that the delivery driver had left. He was really unpleasant on the phone; it's really unprofessional. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.

The place is a bit old, but the guy served us well, politely and quickly. We ordered a kebab, and it was delicious. It was well packaged and came with napkins. We were satisfied.

I ordered a taco with frozen, undercooked fries. Avoid this snack bar at all costs; it's appalling to treat customers like that. I'd be ashamed if I were them, especially considering their lack of cleanliness.

Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for two burgers at 3 am

"L" tacos the size of a small taco. Very small. Order arrived 45 minutes late. Not good. Bag open and not stapled, no idea if the delivery driver ate the fries or not. Really unprofessional

How to throw your money away...? Go to Kassia Food. Tacos... well, if you can even call them that, they're disgusting. Dry, burnt wraps, disgusting, burnt meat, more fries than meat, fries so hard, powdery, and dry you could vomit. How am I supposed to spend the night in the bathroom? Go to Kassia Food... It's a disgrace to serve such products... That was the last time I'll order from them. And the delivery? An hour and a half wait, even though I ordered before 7 pm. Stay away!
