A fantastic bakery that allows many to buy delicious treats at reasonable prices. Plus, the staff are almost always in a great mood and they share that enthusiasm. It's wonderful, like tonight, June 18th. It's really lovely. Thank you. Don't hesitate to go.

I arrived at 1 p.m. after the lunchtime rush. There was a customer ahead of me waiting while the waitress chatted with a friend in the street. After a few minutes, a coworker called her back to work and served the customer. Then, when it was my turn, she told me to wait until another colleague arrived with her till. All that waiting for a very bland chocolate muffin. I've been a customer of this chain in France my whole life, but I've never seen anything like it.

I bought a ham and butter sandwich at the end of the day, marked down by 50%. This sandwich wasn't fresh, but from the day before, or even worse... I couldn't eat it. My advice is definitely to avoid discounted products. Customers aren't garbage, after all...

Great experience at Marie Blachère with Tom! The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the products are fresh and delicious. Tom especially enjoyed the variety of breads and pastries. A perfect place for breakfast or a quick snack. We'll definitely be back!

The product quality is increasingly poor. As for the service... no comment. Hygiene needs improvement: the pigeons, the employees' hands without gloves as they mop the floor or smoke cigarettes before serving you directly without washing their hands. In short, it's a shame. I think the quality of service and products is no longer a priority for the company. A loyal customer since the beginning, I'm going to be going elsewhere...

I'm a loyal customer, and frankly, Maïssa and Anaïs are absolutely fantastic. They're welcoming, always smiling, and very professional. Not too bad for a chain; there are much worse options elsewhere among "real" bakeries...

We bought a walnut loaf on December 28th at lunchtime. The bread was completely undercooked. It was spongy, the dough was still wet in the middle, inedible. The sidewalk in front of the bakery was full of dog poop. Disgusting. We will never go to this bakery again from Avignon.

I was already shocked by the way I was received—no hello, no thank you, just a rude manner of speaking. When she finished ringing me up, she asked who it was from. Since no one knew what to say because the people behind me had come in at the same time, she said, "Are they deaf or what?" Even my children were surprised. But what a surprise when I did my bill this evening and saw that I paid €7.40 for two Brookies... I wonder if that's really the price... I'm disgusted with the service and the price. Avoid at all costs!

Honestly, Marie Blachère with Kenza and Tom is always a great choice. The service is quick, the team is friendly, and you can tell they do their job properly. Marie Blachère is already a reliable spot for bread and pastries, but with Alexia and Tom behind the counter, the experience is even better. Warm bread, fresh sandwiches, a great atmosphere… what more could you ask for?
