In Place Saint-Didier, I stopped to get a little sweet treat I love: a crispy palmier. There were lots of tempting little cakes. I was greeted by Thaïs, who has a real gift for hospitality and a smile.

A welcoming bakery, ideal for those with gluten intolerance, offering a wide range of products (fougasse, bread, brownies, poppy seed cake). Reasonable prices for these specialized items, and a very friendly and attentive saleswoman. We'll be back!

Plenty of choice and beautiful products, but we were disappointed by the sandwiches and the cookie, which were incredibly dense. Too much crumb and too much dough for too little filling and chocolate chips!

If the sliced ​​bread is very good, and the service impeccable, you should, even if it means offering fewer products, focus on their quality... Here's a photo of an olive fougasse sliced ​​lengthwise. If you put the ends together, it's closer to a single olive fougasse. Have the honesty to sell it as a simple puff pastry.

There's a lot of kindness in this very unique bakery. I commend the team's courage, as they often face disrespectful behavior, where friendliness is clearly optional for some customers. Respect for the person serving you in a pleasant but very cramped space is the bare minimum. The products are of excellent quality. Personally, I recommend the plain flan, the fougasse from Aigues-Mortes, the mille-feuille, and many of the breads.

I went there three years ago… I was served a very dry brioche. From the day before, I imagine. I went back today… A very dry pudding. Really, really dry. Tasteless. The saleswoman was clearly exhausted… I don't blame her. Hire a good pastry chef and a few more sales assistants for better service and at least somewhat decent products…
