I absolutely do not recommend this snack bar. It's the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life, no exaggeration. I'm pregnant and had a very strong craving at 10:35 PM. I live in Châto, so of course everything was closed, and in Avignon, this was the only place that delivered to Châto. I desperately wanted a good homemade bread sandwich with a breaded escalope, Boursin cheese, and fries. Pregnant women will understand when you have a craving for something, it's not nothing... I got a completely ordinary sandwich with sour cream and tasteless Gruyère cheese. No Boursin in sight. I'm pregnant, I'm not allowed anything with pineapple. I ordered an Oasis Tropical drink, and they gave me Tropico Pineapple without even asking me. I had a €12 meal deal, and they charged me €19 on Uber Eats. I don't understand why so much, especially since it wasn't even worth the price. I had stomach pains all night, lots of contractions. It was the worst. Night of my life, I'm waiting for him to open his shop so I can have a word with him... Nothing's going right!

So, a 45-minute wait for a small sandwich when there was nobody in the snack bar, the server was all alone, he dropped his kitchen utensils on the floor and picked them up as if nothing had happened, then he gave us the order with his hands covered in grease, then touched the credit card, the change, the payment terminal, and didn't change his gloves. I find that a bit disgusting, but the food is good, that's why I'm giving it 3 out of 5 stars.

Honestly, I'm disgusted. I placed an order on Uber Eats, ordered chicken tenders and received nuggets; I ordered a Swiss baguette and received a dry, flatbread sandwich with no salad or anything. Seriously, they need to make an effort. We pay, and we don't get what we want.

Uber Eats order: out of 4 sandwiches, 2 were incorrect. The 2-meat kebab cordon bleu taco with BBQ sauce became a 1-meat chicken taco with cheese sauce. The sandwich without tomatoes and with extra bacon became a sandwich with tomatoes but no bacon. Complaint filed, €1.88 refunded. Thanks anyway.

I just ordered a royal burger, paid 8.50 for it, and it's a rip-off, especially since I think the cook made a mistake. I feel like I barely ate anything.

They changed the menu from 15 different hamburgers to 6, with no variety other than triple and double cheeseburgers. The prices are lower, but I prefer to pay more for the same thing. They removed two burgers that we love and that we, as customers, come to twice a week. I don't know if they've already taken them back, but if so, you should look at what works best before switching to basic options. Unfortunately, we'll have to look elsewhere. Because even when making an appointment, they don't understand that we're asking for one. And normally we wait 10-15 minutes, now we're waiting an hour. I'm disappointed, even sad, to see that we've lost one of our favorite snack bars.

By God, it's so good, very clean, the staff is so kind, especially from 6 PM to midnight. The young man with the red cap is just wow! 😘😘 Highly recommended, you jealous lot, they're the best!

Bad experience at this fast-food restaurant. I ordered a meal deal that didn't include fries on the side, which I don't understand... I've never seen a meal deal without fries, so of course, €12.90 for just a one-meat taco and only one drink included! To top it off, they mixed up the toppings in my taco and a friend's, with whom I ordered together. I do not recommend this place. Best of luck.

One of the few snack bars in Avignon where I'm NEVER disappointed. The sandwiches are very good and filling. Le Summum is a sure bet and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it! All the best to you!
