Just stopped by on our way to a show. We were lucky enough to get a really nice waiter (young, with a ponytail). It put a smile on our face for the whole day!

A lovely terrace in the city, but the waiters were slow and unpleasant. The food and prices, however, were reasonable.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Everything was perfect for us. Fast service. Pleasant waiter. Impeccable duck breast and fries. It's great during the festival. We recommend this place.

A thoroughly unpleasant welcome. Not even a hello or good evening. They circled us for three hours, ignoring us. Finally, they came over and simply asked, "Already ordered?" What are we supposed to say?... But courtesy and politeness only elicited a simple "no." Yes, it's a festival. Yes, it's a difficult job. But if the servers aren't prepared to handle it, they should find another line of work. Especially when it's locals from Avignon who come to relax with a drink. Sorry about the food rating. I had to give it something. I've never eaten there, and I certainly won't. Completely unrecommendable place.

A very disappointing experience. The food was bland. While the prices are quite reasonable, this doesn't compensate for such mediocre quality. We expected much better. The most regrettable aspect, however, was the service. Our server made several mistakes, which can happen to anyone. What's truly unacceptable, though, is the complete lack of apology. Even worse, when we pointed out his errors, his response was, "It's not the end of the world." This kind of remark has no place in the restaurant industry. I hope that hospitality schools teach more about service, listening, and respecting customers. I'm posting this review not to denigrate this establishment, but in the hope that the managers will become aware of these problems and take action. Unfortunately, given the numerous negative reviews already published, I'm afraid nothing will change. It's a shame, because with a better welcome and more careful cooking, this restaurant could certainly offer a much better experience.

The staff were incredibly unfriendly. We asked for water and one of them brushed us off, while the other clearly acted like we were bothering him. It's a shame to be so unfriendly in a restaurant, especially on July 14th.

An excellent restaurant on Place de l'Horloge! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. The dishes were delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. A huge thank you to the owner and the entire team, who are incredibly kind. Special mention for their kind gesture: I accidentally spilled my Coke and they spontaneously brought me a new one, free of charge. This kind of thoughtfulness makes all the difference! Warm and efficient service, attentive waiters, and a very pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely return on our next trip to Avignon. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Tourist trap

We received a very warm welcome from Barbara, a bubbly and humorous lady. The waiter was attentive and responsive. We enjoyed our meal. We just missed the manager... her smile 🙄 Apart from that, a beautiful location and good food 🤘

So, it's been a year since I went there, but leaving a review has been on my mind ever since, so now's the time... Seriously, let's be realistic... politeness and a smile are optional, even more so when it comes time to pay... if you like salmon pizzas without salmon, then go for it! None of the dishes had any taste, flavor, or anything else! Yet everything else is there: the setting, the atmosphere... it's like giving pearls to swine! While there, we saw people leaving the restaurant without really understanding why... we quickly understood when our food arrived and we had a hard time swallowing it... (Hard to swallow, but very easy to get rid of... no surprise there...) In short... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I'm all for it. The meat wasn't fresh, the fries were undercooked, and the salad dressing was awful. The only positive was the red wine. There are actually several restaurants nearby, and I won't be going back.
