Friendly staff, great atmosphere, quiet, it's perfect!!!

The food was super boring and the “risotto” we got couldn’t be called risotto. The atmosphere and especially the view are fantastic though. Very expensive for the quality.

There were 23 of us at Le Bercail last night, and the bill came to €1,077. The meal was decent, the waitresses were smiling and pleasant… until the bill arrived, when the experience took a much less enjoyable turn. Upon checking our payment, we noticed an extra €44 in cash. Mistakes happen. But when a bill exceeds €1,000, one would expect the establishment manager to know how to count properly. And above all, when you point out the extra €44, you expect a real explanation, not to have to play auditor yourself with the receipt in front of you. The most troubling aspect of this whole affair is the very unpleasant feeling that this extra €44 was supposed to go unnoticed. If that was indeed the case, congratulations: we checked. 😌 And what a shame… especially since we're locals. We recommend good places and had already been to Le Bercail's tapas bar and restaurant several times. We could easily have returned, recommended it to our friends and family, and supported the establishment regularly, as we already did. But for that to happen, you need to have confidence when it comes time to pay. The bill came to €1,077, €44 too much: the surprise charge wasn't listed on the menu. Times are tough for everyone, of course. But making customers pay for what they didn't order is certainly not the best strategy for building loyalty with local clientele. So, we'll have rather mixed feelings about Le Bercail: a decent meal (nothing amazing), pleasant waitresses, and a bill that clearly warranted a line-by-line check and perhaps a different manager. 😬 What a shame… We came for dinner, not to foot the bill for mistakes… or the very personal rounding up of the cashier. A word of advice: check your bill carefully and don't trust the pretty smiles.

The meal was very good and the service was impeccable. However, the end of our evening completely ruined our experience. We paid a bill of €1,077. Upon checking the bill, we noticed an additional charge of approximately €50. When we asked to see the itemized bill to understand why, it was difficult, and we felt they didn't want to let us review it calmly. Instead of acknowledging that there might have been a mistake, the manager was arrogant and haughty, insisting that we had made an error. In the end, we were right to check. Given the size of the bill, a little consideration, an apology for the mistake, and a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. It's a shame, because the service was excellent, but the manager's attitude leaves a very bad impression of the establishment.

Excellent restaurant! Prices are only slightly high considering the quality of the food.
