Very disappointed… As regular customers, we were refused delivery because our order wasn't high enough. No gesture of goodwill, no effort whatsoever. It's a shame, we'll go elsewhere. Following your response: Your response doesn't change anything. We are regular customers, and despite that, you've made no effort or shown any understanding. A minimum order is understandable, but the least you could do is demonstrate some basic customer service. Offering only to add items or to come to our location, without any gesture of goodwill, is clearly unacceptable. It's a shame to treat your good customers this way.
